Troubleshooting: New Issues not being received on iPad/iPhone (Delivery Delay) (iOS)

The iPad and iPhone Zinio apps can sometimes have a delay when syncing between www.zinio.com and the Zinio app. 

In order to obtain immediate access to your new issue, please:

  • Sign out of the app
  • Sign back into the app

This should automatically update your library

*Note: publications that have been archived on www.zinio.com will not appear on mobile devices.
