Troubleshooting: Unable to access magazines

The updated ZINIO Android app provides an improved browsing and reading experience across thousands of magazines around the world. However, having been launched on new technology, users may experience some limitations.

In the current release, new magazines purchased on the new Android app will not be accessible on and iOS (and will not show on the purchase history in However, any magazines purchased on or iOS will be accessible on the Android app.

New users that register on the new Android app will not be able to sign into their account on or iOS. We are working to resolve this in future updates.
