Settings: How to Restore iTunes Purchases

If you need to restore your device to factory settings then it is possible to restore iTunes guest purchase. To do this:

  • Firstly double check that you are logged into the correct iTunes account and you have purchased a magazine under that Apple ID
  • In the app go to Account > Preferences > Restore iTunes Purchases
  • Tap Restore
  • Once completed, go to Read where you should be able to Download your issues
  • If this is not the case, please close the application and open it again to make sure the Read menu reflects the latest information. 

Note: Guest Purchases can't be restored to a new device. For non guest purchases simply sign into your account.
