To restore iTunes purchases
If you have recently downloaded our app, or there was an error message during the purchase process, or you incorrectly see the "buy" option, or you need to restore your device to factory settings then it is possible to restore iTunes purchases. To do this:
- Firstly double check that you are logged into the correct iTunes account and you have purchased a magazine under that Apple ID
- In the app go to Account > Preferences > Restore iTunes Purchases
- Tap Restore
- Once completed, go to Read where you should be able to Download your issues
- If this is not the case, please close the application and open it again to make sure the Read menu reflects the latest information.
Note: Guest Purchases can't be restored to a new device.
