Troubleshooting: I have a charge I do not recognise

Most likely you purchased the magazine with continuous service activated. You can turn continuous service on or off for subscriptions at any time in account settings > subscriptions:  

 

Should this not be the case please contact us with the following information so we can further investigate 

  • last 6 digits of the credit card
  • the amount
  • the currency
  • the date
  • a copy or screenshot of the transaction with your bank clearly showing the payment being taken by Zinio (blanking out any confidential information)
