Troubleshooting: Late Delivery/Missing Issue

If you have an active subscription to a publication and it has not been delivered to your account yet this normally means that there are no new issues available via Zinio at this time.

The easiest way to double check this is to go to www.zinio.com, click on shop, search for your publication.  On this page you will see the date of the latest issue available via Zinio.  As soon as a new issue becomes available, it will be delivered to your Zinio account automatically.  

If you don't have the latest issue in our store, please check your account to ensure your subscription is still valid or contact us so we can investigate.
