Error message: "Could not connect to server. Please check your network" (Zinio Reader 4)

If you receive the error message "Could not connect to server. Please check your network"  on the Zinio Reader 4, we would recommend that you use the online reader, which can be found on www.zinio.com - “YOUR LIBRARY”. Within the online reader you have full access to your historical and current library.  Alternatively we have offline Apps available for iOS and Android Devices

Our technical teams are busy investigating this error message (which is appearing for a very small % of users) however, have been unable to find the cause.  They are also focusing on developing a new state of the art offline reader (not dependent on 3rd party technology), so we hope to be able to launch that soon to improve your reading experience

If you have access to an Android or iOS device you can also download and read publications offline.  Thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve our products.
