Error Message: iTunes ID Purchase Error (iOS)

This normally indicates there are various Apple ID linked to your account.  On your device:

  • Navigate to Settings > iTunes & App Store
  • The Apple ID that is displayed is or may be different than the one used to install the Zinio app.
  • Tap on the Apple ID and select Sign Out
  • Sign in and select "Use Existing Apple ID"
  • Re-open the Zinio app and attempt to place the order again.
