Troubleshooting: Placing an order (ZINIO.COM)

If you're having problems placing an order, please do the following:

  • Before adding an item to your cart, make sure you are registered and signed into zinio.com 
  • Click on the shopping cart > top right of screen > click View/Edit Cart
  • Add the items into your shopping cart again, ensuring you only add once and remove any items with a regional restriction error message
  • Ensure your credit card details are up to date or add a new one 

If you continue to have problems, please clear cache and cookies on your browser. Restart your browser or try a different browser.

If this still doesn't work, please contact us and let us know which Zinio shop you are trying to purchase through (e.g. US store) , and what publications you are trying to purchase, we will be happy to help.
