Troubleshooting: "This device has not been properly authorized for use with your Zinio account.”

Following the upgrade to Zinio App Version: 2.8.20150910, some customers who have Zinio preinstalled on their device at the time of purchase (e.g. Asus customers) are receiving an error message "This device has not been properly authorized for use with your Zinio account."

We have raised a ticket with our IT team regarding this issue, and would recommend that you delete the preinstalled version and try to download the version from the Google store.  We will further update this article when we get more information.

This problem has been resolved and sent to Google Store, expected to reach customers devices within the next 24 hours.  Thanks for your understanding
