Troubleshooting: Can't load the library (iOS)

Please note that it may take the library several minutes to synchronize when accessing for the first time from your device.

Please do not close the app during this process. If you accidentally closed the app during the first load and now you are missing part or all of your content, please reinstall the app in your iPad or iPhone.

If you still cannot see some of your magazines, please contact our Customer Service department indicating the publication that does not appear in your library and we will investigate further.
