Troubleshooting: RB Digital Customers Zinio Sign on issues

We are currently transitioning to a new back end system and have identified an issue with some RB Digital customers.  If you have a RB Digital Account and a ZINIO account which have the same email you may not be able to sign in to ZINIO

To resolve this issue please update your ZINIO password to ensure it is different from the RB Digital password via the following:  https://www.zinio.com/request-password

 


NOTES

New checkouts via RB Digital normally take up to 1 hour to become available on ZINIO as per this article:   Troubleshooting: Where are my new RB Digital Checkouts?
