RB Digital customers not getting issues in Zinio

UPDATE MAY 17TH, 2018

RB have informed us that now the estimating time to clear the queue is 2.5 days.

UPDATE MAY 16TH, 2018

Recorded Books have informed us that after some further fixes on their side they are now estimating 4 days to clear the queue.

When checking out RB digital magazines, Patrons are reporting that these do not appear in ZINIO apps or website (they appear immediately in RB Digital Apps).  We have reported this issue to Recorded Books, we understand that they are investigating how to provide this feature on their new platform and are waiting for an estimated resolution time.
