Troubleshooting: Paypal error "There was a problem processing your card. Review your payment information"

In the event that you had a valid credit card or credit on your paypal account and get the error "There was a problem processing your card.  Review your payment information"  this normally means that you cancelled the Billing Agreement between Paypal and Zinio. To make further payments please 

• Sign into zinio.com
• Go to Settings
• Go to Payment Information
• Tap on Edit
• Select Credit or Debit Card (do not fill in any information)
• Then Select Paypal
• Tap on the blue paypal button
• In the pop up sign into paypal
• Agree & Continue to their conditions

This will re-establish the Billing Agreement and all you to make purchases again on zinio.com or on the Android App.
