In the event that you had a valid credit card or credit on your paypal account and get the error "There was a problem processing your card. Review your payment information" this normally means that you cancelled the Billing Agreement between Paypal and Zinio. To make further payments please
- Sign into zinio.com
- Go to Settings
- Go to Payment Information
- Tap on Edit
- Select Credit or Debit Card (do not fill in any information)
- Then Select Paypal
- Tap on the blue paypal button
- In the pop up sign into paypal
- Agree & Continue to their conditions
This will re-establish the Billing Agreement and all you to make purchases again on zinio.com or on the Android App.
NOTES
If you wish to cancel future auto renewals/automatic payments please do so via zinio.com following these instructions
