  • For support tap on Account > Support > FAQs & Help 
  • Tap on contact us 
  • Add the information on Description and tap on Send

Alternatively you can contact us via > Chat support is available Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST).   The chat button will not appear if all agents are busy assisting other customers. We recommend using chat from a PC or Mac and not a mobile device.
