If you are receiving a Device Limit error message, it indicates that you have exceeded the maximum number of devices allowed (5) to have an active session on Zinio.
Steps to follow to avoid the error:
Web: zinio.com>Profile > Manage devices > Sign Out
App: Go to Profile > Click on your email> Manage devices > Sign Out
If you are still unable to login please contact us at support@zinio.com and we will help you with your inquiry.
Note: Please take note that this error can also occur if you are accessing Zinio through a browser and have not signed out from your previous sessions. To prevent this error from occurring in the future, we recommend signing out from your account on the browser once you have finished reading on the website.
