If you need to restore your device to factory settings (or due to an app upgrade) then it is possible to restore iTunes guest purchases. To do this:
- Firstly double check that you are logged into the correct iTunes account and you have purchased a magazine under that Apple ID
- In the app go to Account > Restore iTunes Purchases
- Tap Restore
- Please then go to Preferences > Sync your Library > Sync Now
- Go to Read and you should be able to download your issues.
If this is not the case, please close the application and open it again to make sure the Read menu reflects the latest information.
