The data provided will be kept for as long as it is necessary to complete the actions of the corresponding selection process, up to a maximum of two (2) years, once the aforementioned process has ended.

Recipients of the data

We inform you that personal data may be communicated to other companies of the Group to which ZINIO belongs.

Likewise, the data may be made available to external personnel with whom ZINIO collaborates in its selection processes only and exclusively for the purposes indicated.

Likewise, the data of the INTERESTED PARTY may be processed and communicated in the framework of actions and preparatory and review actions prior to commercial transactions of any nature, such as, and / or substitution in the activity, by way of example and not limited to merger , spin-off, global assignment of assets and liabilities, contribution or transfer of business or branch of business activity, or any operation of restructuring of business and / or company of analogous nature, contemplated by the commercial regulations; as well as in the context of the aforementioned commercial transactions.

International transfers

The data may be transferred outside of Spain, specifically to other members of the group to which ZINIO belongs, as well as to certain third parties that provide us services, located in the USA. or other countries that do not enjoy equivalent legal protection. In such cases, ZINIO INTERNATIONAL S.L.U. it has adopted the appropriate guarantees through the subscription of standard data protection clauses.

Third party data

If at any time during the process, the INTERESTED PARTY provides ZINIO with personal data of third parties with which it maintains a relationship, the INTERESTED PARTY guarantees that it is legally entitled to provide the aforementioned data and that it has proceeded to inform and obtain the consent of those third parties for the communication of their data, answering in case it is not so. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ZINIO will put all its efforts into acting properly in relation to the treatment of said third parties.

Data update

The INTERESTED PARTY undertakes and is obliged to immediately inform ZINIO of any modification of their personal data so that the information contained in the ZINIO files is always up to date and contains no errors.

Security measures

ZINIO informs the INTERESTED PARTY that it has implemented the security measures of technical and organizational nature necessary to ensure the security of their personal data and avoid their alteration, loss, treatment and / or unauthorized access, given the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, whether they come from human action or from the physical or natural environment.

Rights

The INTERESTED PARTY may, under the terms established in the data protection regulations in force at any time, and in accordance with the regulations, revoke at any time the authorization granted for the processing and transfer of personal data, as well as exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, the right to portability and the right to file a claim with a control authority.
