Starting February 6, 2023 there is a new device limit that will be applied to your ZINIO account. There is a 5 issue limit for your email.
How to manage devices:
- Click on
- Click on Account > Manage Devices
- Select the device you wish to Sign Out
NOTE: If you’re getting a Device Limit error message, it means that you have reached the max number of devices with an opened session allowed in ZINIO. Please note that login to zinio.com the device will be counted per browser.
When you login to Zinio apps or Zinio.com – This creates an active session and when a user signs out of the account , it would take few hours for the session to expire. If you are trying to login again, you would get this error message.
If you have are unable to login, you can always contact our support team to end the active sessions on your account.
