How to Check Your Subscription Details (Zinio Purchases - Not in App)

Please note that subscription management is only available on our website and not on the mobile apps.

How to Check Your Subscription Details:

1. Visit www.zinio.com 
2. Sign in to your account
3. Click on your Profile
4. Select Subscriptions and Payments

Under the Subscriptions section, you will find:

1. Magazine Name
2. Number of issues included
3. Subscription Status (Active, Pending, Complete)
4. Auto-Renewal Status (Auto-renewal On or Start Auto-Renewal for active subscriptions)
5. Number of issues remaining

Important Notes:

1. Only subscriptions purchased directly through Zinio will appear in your account. If you purchased your subscription from a publisher or third-party provider but receive it via Zinio, please contact them directly for support.
2. Subscriptions purchased via the iOS/Android apps have auto-renewal off by default. These subscriptions will expire after all issues have been delivered and must be renewed manually.
