To restore access to your magazine purchases, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you're signed in with the correct Apple ID used to make the purchase.
- In the app, navigate to Account > Preferences > Restore iTunes Purchases.
- Tap Restore.
Once the restore is complete, go to the Read section where you should be able to download your issues.
If your issues don’t appear, try closing and reopening the app to refresh the content in the Read menu.
Next, sync your library by following these steps:
- Go to Profile > Preferences > Library & Storage
- Select Sync your Library > Sync Now
