If you recently upgraded your app to Powered by Zinio Pro and can not sign in it is necessary to re-register and set a password on our new platform, this will allow you to access and continue to enjoy your subscription/recent back issues. There are two versions of the app so please follow the instructions listed below carefully:
1) Go to Profile. Do you see these options? If yes tap on Print + Digital Subscriber to enter your email and password or for help please follow this article
2) Go to Profile. Do you see these options? If yes then tap on sign up to create a new password or for help please follow this article
3) Did you purchase via iTunes. If you previously created an in app account this will no longer be valid. Please restore your purchases and create a new account should you wish to do so (for benefits please see here)
